So I went Down to Lisa and Daniel's for Thanksgiving. We had a pretty good time down there and ate lots of food. I baked a pecan pie, two pumpkin pies, and was in charge of the mashed potatoes for the occasion. And the most surprising thing of all was that we actually ate by noon. We had to do that because Joe had to drive back to Georgetown and go to work.
On Friday I participated in black Friday and bought myself a laptop. I am absolutely in love with it! I even got excited about my speaking assignment in church in 2 weeks because that just gives me an excuse to use my computer and the printer that came with it.
And on Saturday night we stayed for dinner and David was so cute. he was just so tired that he just fell asleep in his highchair. Now I have heard from other people that their kids did this all the time when they were little but this is not the case with Lisa's kids So I just had to capture the moment. He was falling asleep as he was drinking his bottle and woke up to eat a little more and then started to fall asleep with his bottle and then woke up breifly to put his bottle in the cup holder and then he was out for good. He just slept through getting cleaned up, his diaper changed, and his pj's on.
